Aussie Digger offers a Seven (7) Day Change of Mind Return. NO REFUND is offered for change of mind returns.
If you have any concerns about the suitability of your product prior to purchase please raise these concerns with staff members at Aussie Digger and they can try to help you determine if this product is suitable for your needs.
Goods must be returned within Seven (7) Days of purchase in brand new, unopened, unused condition.
You can nominate from your choice of exchange or gift card. All associated costs with the return are at the customer's expense. If an exchange is not possible, desirable, or practical, a gift card will be issued at the value of the original sale, minus any expense associated with the return of the product. When the goods are returned to our physical store, within Seven (7) Days of purchase, in brand new, unopened, unused condition, the staff will enable you to exchange or issue you a gift card.
Special Orders, Clearance Lines, and Sale Items are not eligible for Change of Mind Returns

Warranty Returns:
All goods supplied by Aussie Digger, are guaranteed by Aussie Digger and the manufacturer of the goods.
Warranty periods vary according to the product. Warranty claims in most instances will be handled by the manufacturer's agents in the customers home state. Warranties only apply to goods supplied within Australia for PERSONAL USE.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in the original product. Damage or faults occurring from fair wear and tear, improper use, failure to follow instructions, failure to follow care and maintenance instructions, accidental damage, commercial use, alterations, severe weather events, animals, insects and acts of God are not covered by warranty.
As displayed on the warranty section of some of our products, certain brands offer a lifetime warranty of the product. The term Lifetime is determined by the average lifetime of the fabrics, material and components of the product. As with all items, over time they will wear from use at a natural rate and from exposure to the elements, the lifetime guarantee of our products will depend on how well they are cared for and how they are used.
For Warranty Returns, please return the product to Aussie Digger and explain the issue to staff. When an item is returned it will be inspected by Aussie Digger or the manufacturer to confirm its eligibility for a warranty claim. Once deemed as a warranty issue it will be classified by Aussie Digger or the manufacturer as either a minor or major fault. In the case of a minor fault, the item will be repaired or replaced and for a major fault, the item will be either replaced or refunded.
If the returned item is not found to be faulty upon inspection, no replacement or refund will be offered.
